These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this Website and to services provided by EL Safety Nets. By using the Website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We supply and install pigeon/bird nets, safety nets, invisible grills, cloth hangers and related products in Chennai. Product descriptions and photos on this Website are for general information; actual materials, colours and finishes may vary slightly.
2. Site inspection and quotations
- Site inspection and measurement are free of charge within our service area.
- Quotations are based on actual measurements taken on site and are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- Any change in size, material or scope after the quotation may change the final price.
3. Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed once you accept the quotation and, where required, pay the advance agreed with us.
- The balance is payable on completion of installation.
- We accept payment by cash, UPI or bank transfer. We will never ask you to share card details, OTPs or passwords.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking before materials are cut or ordered for your job, and any advance will be refunded. Once materials have been customised for your site, the advance may be adjusted against costs already incurred.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the installation area and any permission needed from your building association or owner.
- Inform us of any hidden pipes, wiring or structural concerns in the fixing area.
6. Warranty
We provide a warranty on workmanship as stated in your quotation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, sharp objects, fire, accidents, alterations by others, or natural wear and tear.
7. Safety disclaimer
Safety nets and invisible grills greatly reduce the risk of falls but are not a substitute for adult supervision of children. Please do not climb on, hang from or deliberately load nets, grills or cloth hangers beyond normal use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned.
9. Website use
Content on this Website is owned by EL Safety Nets and may not be copied without permission. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or current.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
